R500 Retainer includes:

• Actual meter readings taken every week by our Check Readers on premises
• Account is billed on actual readings (not estimates)
• Check Meters on Property: we react to any faults we detect on meter immediately
• Account Statements printed & or emailed
• Log requests for any issues on the property and follow up with the city on your behalf
• We’ll deal with any overcharges and incorrect billings that may occur in the future
• We advise on annual tariff changes (1 July every year) | TOU tariffs (Time of Use between Summer & Winter)
• We conduct forensic audits on the account and provide a detailed analysis
