• Actual meter readings taken every week by our Check Readers on premises
• Account is billed on actual readings (not estimates)

• Account Statements printed & or emailed
• Log requests for any issues on the property and follow up with the city on your behalf
• We’ll deal with any overcharges and incorrect billings that may occur in the future
