The Retreats are focused on profound self rediscovery and will involve advanced practices so we want to know that those who join us have had experience of consistent contemplative practice. The information and tools will be deep and challenging, so we require that our retreaters have the physical, emotional and spiritual bandwidth to endure then without permanent and irreparable psychological damage.
