As part of our strategy to reinvest in high performing retail assets, we’re investing R75 million in the redevelopment of Walmer Park Shopping Centre in Gqeberha.

This project will introduce a new link mall, enhance internal circulation and expand the centre’s retail mix to meet growing shopper demand at one of the region’s strongest retail destinations, known for consistently low vacancies and a proven track record of performance.

Construction begins in March, with completion set for November 2026 ahead of the festive season.

The 13th Growthpoint Sundowner 10km and 5km fun run brought the spirit once again, and even the Cape Town wind couldn’t slow things down. Thousands of runners made their way along the Sea Point Promenade, chasing the sunset in a spectacular finish to the year.

Congratulations to everyone who took part, and a special salute to our winners.
