Price always goes through 4 different price phases before it reverses and drops/rises. Understanding these price phases is very essential to your trading as they give you an advantage of targeting a zone with lesser risk and high probability of the trade going your direction.
This zone is the High Liquidity Zone, and most of the time it is inside the Golden Zone where usually the price prints a structure/pattern like a Head & Shoulders. When price has went through these phases, you're only left with identifying a point of entry/decision point/point of interest!
