The night shift foreman came on site to inspect the work.
He left to get the the team and already asked the night shift TLB driver to come on site.
On the photo the bottom circle inside the trench is where the cable is.
The top circle is where they have to open up trying not to damage the water mainline and the MTN cables.
As soon as the are on site they will start to expose the cable. Only after the cable is exposed we will know the scope of work.
We are looking at only after midnight going into the morning.

Road is currently open, Fire brigade as well as police are on scene.

Proceed with caution as there is still debris on the surface. Authorities busy with cleanup.
