Today I would like to share one of my favorite recipe that has been enjoyed by many
*Melting Moments*
🍪 🧁 🧈
250g softened butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tsp vanilla or almond essence
2 cups cake flour
Method
Cream butter and icing sugar.
Add essence and mix.
Sift corn flour and cake flour and add to the creamed mixture.
Pipe and bake in a 180 degree oven for 10 minutes or more until golden.
Leave to cook.
Sandwich with cream and dip in chocolate
