Alarm Systems:

• AJAX – state-of-the-art wireless smart alarm completely setup and controlled from Android and iOS mobile devices (European product), includes indoor and outdoor protection with visual verification as well as early warning to fire and flood. Various automation devices are available for low and voltage appliances (gates, pool pumps etc) that can be controlled from anywhere in the world.
• Hikvision AX PRO – a remastered wireless smart alarm completely setup and controlled via mobile devises and integrates with other Hikvision products using one app. Available devices are similar to that of the Ajax system.
• Paradox, IDS, DSC and Texecom conventional alarm systems

Electric Fences:

• Electric fencing is only as strong as your weakest link and unfortunately many live in a false sense of security. With so many poorly installed and ineffective electric fences, legislation was introduced in 2012 which states that every new electric fence installed from 2012 must be installed by a registered (and trained) installer and include a certificate of compliance. The same applies for every property sale that includes an electric fence, it must be brought up to standard regardless of the installation date and include an EFCC (Electric Fence Compliance Certificate).
• For new installations, we use Nemtek equipment which include Wizord, Merlin and Druid energisers however we are comfortable servicing fences with other brands of energisers.
• Our Electric Fence Compliance Certificates are very detailed and include drawings and the complete bill of quantities. CCTV:

CCTV is an extremely popular product with so many options available on the market today.

• HD and IP Systems – these are mostly wired systems consisting of digital video or network recorders that save the camera footage onto surveillance drives. The recorders can be connected to the internet for remote viewing as well as CCTV monitors and TV sets for local viewing.
• Smart cameras such as EZVIZ and IMOU are WiFi based cameras that connect to existing WIFI infrastructures / routers. These systems are setup and controlled via mobile applications and most camera models include motion detection with push notifications, two-way communication and active defence with built-in sirens and strobe lights. 100% Wire-free battery cameras with lithium batteries can last for up to 210 days on a single charge or indefinitely when coupled to a small solar panel. Intercom Systems:

• Depending on requirements, we provide audio or video intercom kits such as Commax for basic requirements or component based systems such as BPT for larger homes or businesses.
• We use Comb MKii GSM based intercom systems which include access control functionality for residential complexes and business parks.
• IP video intercom systems have become extremely popular which allow home and business users to answer the intercom and control the gate / door via touch screen monitors, mobile devices or laptops. Gate and Garage Automation:

• We use Centurion Systems products for new installations of gate and garage door motors and are comfortable servicing the popular / reputable brands where serviceable parts are freely available. Access Control Systems:

• We provide solutions that include proximity and biometric systems, automated booms, turnstiles etc to control the flow of vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
