The more I run these races the more I realise the plan hardly ever goes to plan and that your biggest asset is going with the flow and adapting to what your body is telling you.

Going into this race pretty confident of my fitness levels soon to be handed slap in the face coupled with few stops to feed the plants some race nutrition because I clearly didn’t want it. Downed 1L of coke at before blockhouse and finished the race happy as Larry.

It was great day out playing yo-yo with , an even better weekend feeling the love and support and of course watching friends do some remarkable things 💪
