The Rhodes Research Report is a significant publication in the Rhodes library and plays a vital role in sourcing funding for future research. To think I designed and laid out my first ever edition in 2011! Now I cannot imagine ending my year without this beast of a publication. It’s an annual review of the University’s entire output, from every single department, institute and affiliate - in 280+ pages and and takes three months from concept, through multiple interactions, to the delivery of printed books in Makhanda. I am always excited to receive the brief and equally relieved to confirm delivery at Rhodes Research Office.
10 years on, and I still love this project.
