We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer complaints and inquiries;

ResponsibilitiesAnswer courteously inbound calls.Respond to customer inquiries.Generate customer interest in the services or products offered by the company.Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.

Requirements
Grade 10,11 or 12
Good communication skills
Training will be provided
