I’ve reviewed 5,000+ resumes, over 15+ years as a recruiter. Most of them should have been getting interviews.
Early in my career, I thought candidates weren’t strong enough.

ATS doesn’t sit there “judging your CV.
It doesn’t decide your future.
Recruiters do.
ATS is just a database.
Recruiters search it like this:
“Operations Manager” AND “Project Delivery” AND “5+ years”
If your CV doesn’t match that—
You don’t appear.
No appearance = no interview
That’s the real game.
