A Gas certificate of conformity (CoC) is valid indefinitely, as long as there are no modifications or alterations to the gas installation. Residential installation, such as a home kitchen, we recommend a period of two years.
Additionally, a CoC is required for any property transfer, regardless of the age of the existing certificate. Insurance companies may also require annual inspections, and some may require a CoC no older than 3 months for property sales.

Commercial is an installation on a property that is used for any commercial activities that is in use of either a domestic or commercial nature. Maybe a combination of both.
Examples of commercial activities are, a restaurant, B&B, schools etc.
Also take note that all commercial sites are in need of fire department approval plans. Which we also can be of assistance, doesn’t matter the size of the cylinder on premises.
