​A closer look at "The Ghostwood Collection: Scar," one of my pieces from the Mini Masters Exhibition, which has found a wonderful new home! ✨
​This work delves into the lasting wounds and impressions left behind by human impact on our precious forests. My hand-cut paper layer delicately represents the memory and vulnerability of nature, acting as a veil over the stark, AI-generated imagery on the reverse—a dystopian landscape showing the permanent scars of deforestation.
​Every intricate line cut into the paper is a reflection of that irreversible loss, a 'thousand cuts' that forever alter the environment.
