Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing accurate and timely quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries.
• Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive sales performance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a seamless sales process and excellent service.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

ER Locksmith Enterprises, based in Pretoria CBD, is looking for a locksmith. Preferably someone that lives in the CBD or close to it.

Requirements:
- Must at least have 5 years of experience.
- Must have sober habits, a neat appearance, and be trustworthy.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence.
- Must have skills in general locksmith work and handyman skills, including: welding, key cutting, strip locks, making keys to locks, safe work, auto locksmith work, key coding will be advantage, opening and changing of locks for houses, offices, shops.
- Must be an all-rounder with various locksmith skills and able to think on his/her feet to improvise and make a plan onsite to secure client premises.
- Must be available to do after-hour call outs weekdays and weekends as required.

No drivers or artisans other than locksmiths will be taken into consideration for the position.
PSIRA registration will be an advantage.
