We recommend handing in your precious jewellery for a proper inspection and professional cleaning every six months. We will then avise on any repairs or maintanance that needs to be done to maximise the lifetime of your jewellery. This service is offered free of charge on all jewellery purchased from us. With each purchase from us you will receive an official Viljoen's Jewellers valuation certificate stating all the particulars of your jewellery piece including, but not limited to the weight of the metals used, a detailed discription of the stones used and a discription of the jewellery item. We strongly recommend that you have your jewellery insured against theft, damage and loss of gemstones from their settings. We invite our customers to give us their suggestions to improve our service.
