Obedience is not only about trying our best not to sin, but obedience is also about fulfiling God's purpose about our lives (fulfiling your vision). What is it that God shows you? What is it that God is inspiring your spirit to do? What is it that you find fulfilment after having done it?

After answering these questions, you are likely to see a little, if not a bigger picture of a direction of where your life could be heeding to. And if it happens that you heed to that direction, then obedience starts to take place.

The Obedience that I value, treasure and respect the most, is the one which a person stands up to do according to what they hear God saying they must do and this will automatically keep you away from sin.

A phrase from the Lord's Prayer: Lead us not into temptation: there is something that must keep you busy so that you will not be led into temptation (there is a provision of vision). If you are still seated down and you know what you must do and you are not doing it, then that is a sin!!

Deliver us from evil: When our eyes are now enlighened and discover the meaning of life, vision can deliver us from evil.

Vision gives your life value, meaning your life carries a lot of weight because there is an existence of vision that is taking place. John 3:30 "Let there be Less of me and more of You (meaning more of God)"

Meaning let there be less of my opinions and choices (which makes me full of myself and causes me to remain lost in sin) but let vision take over and put me into positions where my own opinions cannot put me in. Let vision take me to places where my choices, my decisions still fails to take me regardless of the power that a choice might contain.

Let there be less tone coming from my own words and let there be more tone and volume in what the Lord is saying as He uses my mouth, my voice. May the vision that I carry make God well known and make me less known. Then the God who is known more shall receive his glory!
