The objective of the Second Chance Matric Programme is to offer young people who have failed to meet the requirements of the NSC a second chance to obtain a matric thereby improving quality of life. Hi Second Chancers, according to the oldest historical sources, exams were invented by Henry Fischel, a Philanthropist, and a Businessman in the 19th century. He created exams to indicate students’ overall knowledge in subjects and test their ability to use their knowledge. Talk about History!
