der audience SPROUT's main objective is to reach and teach sprouting chefs how to prepare and enjoy healthy, fresh food through various programs such as pre-scheduled classes, camps, birthday parties, and special events. At SPROUT we believe that all children should be taught about whole, healthy foods, correct preparation techniques and kitchen safety. 

Our classes are hands-on and focus on healthy, tasty choices while taking advantage of seasonal and locally grown ingredients whenever possible. Our cooking programs are more than just fun - they are educational, too!
