We are pleased to announce the appointment of Schotter as Country Manager for the UK at iSSC Group.

With over 30 years of executive leadership experience from some of the world’s largest global systems integrators, Lionel is set to make a significant impact in the UK’s digital transformation sector. He has successfully led pan-European operations and driven divisional strategy across 16 countries, mastering the alignment of complex technology with commercial strategy.

Lionel joins iSSC with a clear mandate: to elevate the conversation around Cloud, Security, and Digital Infrastructure. He is the creator of Holistic Value Orchestration (HVO), a proprietary strategic framework designed to help organizations eliminate operational waste and connect every technology investment to a strategic goal.

His extensive background uniquely positions him to lead iSSC’s UK operations. Where others may see a catalogue of managed services or cloud solutions, Lionel recognizes the building blocks of business resilience. His proven track record includes managing large consulting portfolios and leading one of the largest data centre consulting engagements in the history of a leading global technology firm, where he developed infrastructure strategies for major international economic zones.

At iSSC, Lionel will leverage his enterprise-grade experience to assist UK businesses in navigating the complexities of the modern digital landscape. Whether guiding a migration to the Cloud, securing a hybrid workforce, or integrating AI into daily operations, Lionel ensures that iSSC’s clients are not just purchasing technology—they are gaining a competitive advantage.

2025 – What a Year!

As we approach March 2026, iSSC Group will celebrate 10 years as a holding company. Looking back, 2025 has been without a doubt the toughest year since we started this journey. Honestly, it feels like I’ve aged 100 years in just 12 months!

Challenges? Plenty. But there were also incredible highlights.
We lost some clients – and that’s part of business. Someone loses, someone gains. The good news? We gained more than we lost. When one door closes, multiple doors open. And for that, I can’t thank my team and our amazing suppliers enough. Without their strength and support, 2025 would have been far harder.

Here are my key insights from this year:
✅ Grit – When times get tough, keep pushing. The rewards will come.

✅ Consistency – One of the biggest keys to success. Never doubt yourself.

✅ Team – Surround yourself with people you trust and who share your vision.

✅ Customer Service – In an era of zero-margin deals, AI disruption, and countless IT providers, the only true differentiator is service. Exceptional service and delivery will always set iSSC apart.

As for 2026? We’re ready. We’ll take a short break, regroup, refresh, and then hit the new year with everything we’ve got. Watch this space – we’re coming for you!
