This is achieved by sheets of ABS or acrylic plastic of varying thickness that are cut and bent. ABS plastic has a rugged textured side to prevent enclosures from showing scratches. This specific plastic is very robust and is able to handle a lot of shock and rough handling. Once the plastic has been cut and bend the parts are glued together by means of a solvent which melts the respective pieces
