Prevent those ‘whisk splatter blues’ with a paper plate!
👩‍🍳Cut holes into a paper plate for the beaters, then place it above them.
👩‍🍳The paper plate catches the back splash and eases the post-baking cleanup.

Ready. Steady. BAKE!

Cupcakes
3 Cups Flour
3tsp Baking Powder
1 ½ Cups Sugar
1tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
⅓ Cup TRUMPS Cocoa
Pinch of salt
2 Cups Boiled Water
½ Cup Oil
2tsp Vanilla essence

Frosting and decoration
1 Cup Butter
3 ½ Cup Icing Sugar
¼ Cup Milk
¾ Cup Trumps Cocoa
TRUMPS 100’s and 1000’s

Mix boiled water, oil, vanilla essence, sugar and salt, and leave to cool
Sift flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and Trumps cocoa powder
Add cooled liquid mix to dry ingredients
Tap lightly
Pour batter into lined cupcake tray
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, leave to cool
For the frosting whisk the butter, icing sugar, Trumps cocoa powder and vanilla essence, slowly add the milk till your desired consistency is met
Pipe the frosting onto your cooled cupcakes and top with Trumps 100’s and 1000’s
