Buffelsfontein Community Project

We started rendering social work services in 1966 and opened Port Elizabeth’s first service centre for the elderly in 1967. Algoa Bay Council for the Aged has been in existence for 42 years. Constantly striving towards improved service delivery that will increase independence and equip the elderly, and in particular the sub-economic elderly to face the challenges of aging in the community.
