The Cautious fund includes the lower risk asset classes such as cash and bonds as well as a low exposure to equity and property. The Balanced-Aggressive fund has a higher exposure to equities and property and lower exposure to cash and bonds. What currently sets these funds apart is that despite Edge being a small firm competing against much larger competitors, the Balanced and Balanced-Aggressive funds’ performance are currently rated number 1 in their categories over 3 and 5 years. This performance alone has put Edge in a class of its own, however high performance and the pursuit of excellence is part of Edge’s continuous drive to focus on core business and investment values.
