There was an incident of theft involving electricity cables and water fittings at the Salvation Army premises off Draaifontein Road, Greenbushes.
Upon investigation, the suspect dropped his knife and bicycle and fled the scene.
If anyone recognises this bicycle, please contact our Greenbushes Response Unit or Extreme Security who also services this premises.
Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour immediately.

⚠️Dodgy workmanship puts your security at risk ⚠️
There are some very good private alarm installers and security companies out there who are skilled, honest and professional.
Unfortunately, there are also cases where corners are cut… like leaving the alarm panel hidden in the roof, totally exposed and not protected.
We came across this installation today, absolutely zero care given, the photo is exactly as we found it; no enclosure, untidy and exposed. This was installed by a private installer doing someone a “favour” at a cheaper price.
If you choose a private installer, always ask for references, view previous work and make sure everything is clearly explained and accessible before accepting and paying for the work.
Your alarm system is there to protect lives and property, it’s not the place to cut corners.o
🚨 SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ALERT – N2 GREENBUSHES / DRAAIFONTEIN AREA 🚨

In the early hours of this morning, three individuals were spotted carrying a couch across the N2, approximately 300m before the Seaview/Greenbushes offramp when travelling from the Cape Town direction.
When a vehicle stopped to investigate, the suspects abandoned the couch in the middelmannetjie and fled the scene.

🚨 Successful Arrest by Nitrous Security – Greenbushes Armed Response 🚨

Our Nitrous Security Greenbushes team arrested two individuals while they were digging out a cable opposite the Astron Greenbushes filling station
Both individuals, along with their tools, were handed over to SAPS Kabega Park. Witness statements were provided and we trust the justice system will impose heavy sentences that these crimes deserve.
Cable and copper theft is crippling our community, we remain committed to working alongside residents and SAPS to put an end to it.
