House Kemp - Novello Gardens - Hunters Retreat

You either joined the gym late in December to work on your summer body or you making some changes to your home before the in-laws visit you over the festive season....Whatever it may be, your home also deserves some TLC.

For House Kemp we cleaned the walls, eaves and gutters. We repaired the barge boards on the carport, painted the metal section on the carport, re-sealed the Aluminium window frames, eaves, rafters, plaster-bands and last but not the least, the"hybrid braai"

Thus far we have been blessed with work this year and we would like to thank our valuable clients and partners for making it possible, you all know who you are! While we are grateful for staying busy, we also like to give back as a token of our appreciation.

This year we identified Diaz Primary; where we designed and constructed a mini pavilion for the Grade R pupils to enjoy during break-time; where students share their weekend activities, their lunch with one another and even where teachers can get into a conversation with the pupils while they keep a watchful eye over the others in the play area.

House Smith - Blue Horizon Bay

We project managed the re-instatement of a retaining terrace using loffelsteins. Not just serving a purpose but, looks a whole lot better than the collapsing terraforce blocks. With time the natural grass will find its place.
