It started when the local beer hall opened in the township and it had a cafe and isaw a business opportunity and started selling cooked foods like fried fish & chips, meat balls, fruit and drinks so that the people could eat before drinking. In year 1983 I then left port alfred built a shop in Peddie and also cooked for school teachers in Peddie. In 1994; I came back to port Alfred the local teachers also asked me to cook lunch for them, my cooking business then expanded to taxi drivers, municipal workers, local people and people working at different places. School kids also buy 1/4 loads of bread & bunny chows with hot and cold beverages.
