Since we are all confined to our homes and there is very little activity done, our bodies (and mind) take strain. Keeping busy and remaining active should relieve our minds and bodies from stress.
If you do as much as a 20 minute work out and a good stretch, per day, then you're on the right track 🙌🏾
You need to circulate oxygenated blood throughout the body on a daily basis. Feed your mind and nourish it with positivity and come out of this quarantine feeling rehabilitated
