Pinetown Raiders Rugby Club, formally known as Pinetown Rugby Club, is situated at the Heart of Lahee Park, in Pinetown. The Club was set up along with many other clubs in the area in the a 1900's. In the late 1800's, in the position where Lahee Park now stands, was once the position of a farm. After a very disappointing performance on Friday night 😕 Mets are still in with a chance. Still have the 2 top teams to face in the second round and hope to improve on last week's game.
We have four games left in round two of the 2017 season. This is where we stand in the First division and first division reserves tournament.
Mets will be up against Harlequins Sports Club this Friday night. Seconds kick off at 7 pm, first team kick off at 8:30 pm. Game has been moved to neutral grounds at Port Natal high school. Come and support club rugby and pinetown boys
Friday Night Lights . Come and support the guys as they take on the Hillcrest Villagers. 2XV kick off at 7 pm . 1XV kick off at 8:30 pm. Both games are at Durban Mets fields.
Great games today . Seconds lost 24-7 to Quins, firsts won 25-17. Man of the matches Theuns Rheeder and Brendon Baxter well done guys.
