Dear Registered Credit Providers

In terms of Regulation 62(1)(b) of the National Credit Regulations, a credit provider must submit a statistical return to the National Credit Regulator.

Credit providers whose annual disbursements is less than R15 million must complete and submit the statistical return in Form 39 by the 15th of February 2022, in respect of the period 1st January 2021 to 31 December 2021 as per regulation 64(2).
