The week is over and we would like to share some of our favourite funny help desk issues we have found:

User calls and says her computer will not turn on. I asked her to check the cords to make sure they are secure in the both the back of her computer and the outlet. She tells me she has and it still will not power up. I go to her classroom and look at the cords and found that while the computer was secure in the power strip, the power strip was not plugged into the wall…

A user calls and says, “I just put paper in the printer and still nothing is printing.” I said, “ok, I’ll be right there to look at it.” When I open the paper drawer, the ream of paper was still wrapped! Sigh…

Todays . Did you know The password for the computer controls of nuclear tipped missiles of the U.S was 00000000 for eight years?
