Hi there!
I have decided to introduce myself and my family.
My name is Michelle Villet and my husband is Pieter Villet (he will be more behind the scenes "tasting")
I was a student at Prue Leith Culinary Institute, I started at the age of 25 and successfully graduated in 2022 with the following:
-Occupational Certificate: Cook
-City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation & Cooking
-City & Guilds Diploma in Patisserie.
-Certificate Patisserie
-Prue Leith Chefs Academy Certificate of Achievement
-Prue Leith Sugar Craft Certificate
Let me tell you this was a journey and a half. As I met my husband just before I started studying. We got married during the December holidays, while I was still busy with 6 months of my studies. I know it doesn't seem like much but he lives in KZN while I was in Pretoria. This year 2022 we got blessed with a little baby boy.
