☕ Sometimes motivation is found in big life lessons — and sometimes, unexpectedly, in a coffee machine.

Warrant Officer Karl Sander’s story reminded many South Africans that behind every uniform, title, job, study program and responsibility is a real person who sometimes just needs a small “safe space” to get through a difficult day.

For our Futra learners, students and employees, this is also a reminder that discipline, integrity and resilience still matter.

Some days will feel easy.
Some days will feel heavy.
Some days you may need a coffee, a deep breath and one more attempt at that task you have been avoiding.

But keep going.

And clearly, when South Africans decide to brew hope, we do not make one cup — we start a whole coffee movement. ☕✨😄
