Individual values help us see how we are living our lives, so here is a small exercise to help you discover and align your values. 🙏

You will need a pen and paper. 📝

Step 1: Write down 3- 5 values that motivate and guide you especially when making life decisions.

Step 2: Take a few minutes to think which value is most important to you and what role it plays in your life.

Step 3: Next to each value, write down how you will honor that value in your day to day life.
Pssst: Be specific!

Step 4: Hang your paper next to your bed, and after every 3 months, evaluate how much you have grown and identify the areas you need to improve.
