AI and Software systems?
Creativity, human interaction, compassion. Human traits that cannot be replaced, just lost. AI means intelligence by machine learning including computer vision, translation, interpretation of information, speech recognition. Some jobs can definitely be replaced by eg writing an article on social media can be done by artificial intelligence. Recording, reporting of readers, analysis of content and fixes, can be done by AI. However, interpreting the information specific to myself, feelings and application to my business all needs to be done by the human brain.
AI might remove some jobs, but it will open up a new field of others. The choice is ours as to whether we embrace the changes and use it to our advantage, or not. At the very least, information is power. Keep yourself updated, informed, and protected against misuse of AI, especially in the space of identity theft. Online software is one place we can embrace AI, starting with intelligent searches, helpdesk assistance and reporting, researching and adapting information to a more usable method. The human intelligence however should never take AI as the ultimate in creativity. All information should be put through the sieve of common-sense, integrity and ethical conduct. In this way we will use AI instead of AI using us.
