As EPC contractor, Aurex is self-executing the project’s major civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes on the 75 MWac (105 MWdc) solar plant.

Creating Opportunities Through Digital Skills

For many young people in Embalenhle, finding work isn’t about willingness, it’s about access to skills.

Through our partnership with Secunda FET College, unemployed youth from the community are given the chance to complete accredited Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word courses. These are everyday digital skills that help with job applications, workplace tasks, and building confidence in a professional environment.

This year’s students have officially started their training, taking an important step towards greater independence and opportunity.

We support this programme because everyone deserves a fair chance to learn, and work. By helping young people access practical skills, we aim to remove barriers and open doors, one opportunity at a time.
