Choux pastry for profiteroles and cream ecclairs.
Gourmet cinnamon rolls, Biscof cinnamon buns, Cream cheese buns, Meat pies, sausage rolls and lots more. Learn to decorate platters for weddings and events.

Make chocolate fudge topping for the brownies
Make orange syrup for the Orange cake .
Assemble your brownies and your orange cake ring.
Learn oven temperatures
Hand over folding method in the sponge cake.
Receive an accredited attendance certificate.

15th June 2026 Starts our new 2 weeks course, learning to bake and to Decorate with Butter icing, and Fondant icing.
Learn sugar art and decorating techniques using, metal cutters,
latex impression mats, rubber moulds, making sugar lace.
Learn to make perfect hand rolled roses, lilies, Closed and open peonies, filler flowers, lavender flowers, orchids, Ladies stiletto shoe, baby booties, Teddy bear.
Paint and shade your flowers to cretic realistic looking flowers.
Do bead work with pastillage, moulding fondant.
Learn to bake hands on from scratch.
Chocolate cake , Vanilla cake, Red velvet cake, Carrot and nut cake, Vanilla sponge cake. Vanilla and chocolate cupcakes.
Macarons, Scones, Banana muffins, Fruit cake, Cheese cake,
Salted caramel chocolate chip cookies, Melting Moments cookies, Crunchies, Ginger cookies.
Learn to make silky butter icing.
Learn piping with 5 different nozzles and with Russian floral nozzles.
Decorate 5 birthday and wedding cakes.
Decorate your cakes using the various arts and techniques learnt over the 2 week period.
International accredited certificates at the end of the course .
