Pronto Computer Solutions is looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an administrative environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Reception and customer assistance
✅ Answering and directing telephone calls
✅ Booking customer equipment into the workshop
✅ Invoicing and administration
✅ Capturing expense claims
✅ Managing customer documentation, PODs and records
✅ General office administration
✅ Assisting with company compliance and safety file administration

Minimum Requirements:
✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Strong administrative and organisational skills
✔ Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
✔ Computer literate (Outlook, Word and Excel)
✔ Pastel experience will be advantageous
✔ Own reliable transport
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Previous administration, receptionist or customer service experience
