1st things 1st. You have to understand that UNISA is a distance Online University. Ufunda usekhaya, uthola iData elizokwenza ukwazi ukungena online uthole izintsiza kufunda. You won't go to campus and you won't live in Res. Just a Heads Up.

Semester 2 applications will open on Monday 14 April 2025 for limited undergraduate qualifications, honours degrees and postgraduate diplomas. Applications will close on 9 May 2025.

Applications for admission to master's and doctoral qualifications are still open for selected qualifications.

30 June: Teaching courses and Bachelor of Nursing applications close
30 September: All other programmes applications close
5. North West University (NWU) : 1 April
6. Nelson Mandela University (NMU) : 1 April
30 June: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) & Bachelor of Radiography (BRad) applications

If you have received acceptance letters or firm offers from more than one university, we kindly ask that you take a few minutes to do something very important.

Once you have decided which university you want to attend, or after you have registered at one of the universities, please let the other universities know that you will not be joining them. You can do this by declining their offers.

This is a very kind and thoughtful thing to do, and it will really help the universities. When you decline an offer, it opens up a space for another student who may have been waiting for a spot. It also helps the universities to consider other students who may have been rejected because there were no spaces available.

By declining the offers you don't plan to use, you will be helping to make room for other students who may be eagerly waiting for a chance to study at one of these universities. This is a very important and considerate thing to do, and we really appreciate your help.
