Cheetah Ridge Lodge was originally built in 1942 and served as a farmhouse, but is now a superior-rated guest lodge, holding a particular historical charm, matched by no other on the reserve. An array of animals including Giraffe, Impala, Zebra, Elephants, Wildebeest, Warthog and even the odd Lion have been known to make an appearance at the private dam. The Lodge boasts:
