What's inside the B&C DCX464?

Two drivers sharing a single 1.4" throat — a coaxial compression driver that covers 300Hz to 18kHz. That's a frequency range most systems need two or three separate components to achieve.

The midrange section runs a 100mm voice coil handling 220W, while the 64mm HF voice coil takes 160W. A patented midrange integrator keeps both diaphragms working in phase across the full bandwidth, giving you combined output and crossover flexibility that simplifies your system design.

Neodymium magnet. Polymer diaphragms. Built in Florence by B&C Speakers — one of the most respected names in pro audio transducers since 1946.
