Express workout
Warm up 5 minutes - walk/jog in place/star jumps
10 long jumps - jump lengthnof towel and shuffle back
10 push ups - modified or normal
15 sumo squats - feet wider than normal squat, toes a bit out to the side, sink into squat while holding arms straight out infront
15 burpees - modified or normal
20 bicycle crunches - remember to contract abs
20 mountain climbers - keep body a flat line as much as possible with bum low and contract abs
Cooldown - walk/jog in place, static stretches

I listened to an interview with Marco Holst. A man who tried every diet to see what works and what doesn't. His conclusion - none of them have a lasting effect once you stop.
So his advice,on what he found works:
1 Track your food consumption. Write everything down. We don't realize what and how much we actually consume on a daily basis.
2 Don't drink your calories. Avoid juices, sodas and alcohol. Can be taken in moderation. But then again it's important to keep track of it's consumption.
3 Avoid refined sugar. Cookies , chocolate, sodas, etc.
4 Plan ahead. Failure to plan comes down to planning to fail.
5 Exercise. Pick something you like. Doesn't have to be training for a triathlon. Can be as simple as walking.
