Here at Waters Meat all of our animals are free range and grass fed on pastures; their diets consist of products that are natural to the animal. . The animals are free of any growth hormones and can ensure the absolute traceability of our meat. Our beef has been dry-aged on the bone for 14 -
18 days before processing; this allows the flavours to develop and the proteins in the meat to breakdown, this ensures the tenderness and tastiness of the meat.
