THANK YOU FOR THE LOVE OF FOOD FOR THIS DELICIOUS RECIPE - enjoy ladies and gents!

Orange Chicken

1 bottle FTLOF Chinese Orange Sauce
500g Chicken Breast cut into cubes(2-3cm)
1/2 cup of corn flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper
Oil for Frying

Place your cubed chicken into a bowl.

Add your salt and pepper and mix well(can substitute salt for 1Tbs soy sauce).

Crack in your egg and mix well again.

Then add you 1/2 cup of corn flour and give it a final thorough mix.

Preheat your oil to 180°c in a frying pan.

Slowly add your battered chicken one by one into the oil to fry.

Fry in batches so as to not overcrowd your pan.

Fry until golden and crispy - cut a bigger piece in half to check if it is cooked.

As Chicken is cooked place onto a paper towel lined plate and keep aside.

Once all your chicken is cooked, then discard your oil.

Place the Chinese Orange Chicken sauce into your frying pan and bring to a boil, add your chicken back in and make sure each piece is coated.

Serve on rice. Garnishing with thinly sliced green onion if available.
