Yesterday, I visited a few of our 2nd hand dealership clients.

I am in and out of dealership showroom floors and often see the good, the bad and the downright ugly.

An observation: There always seems to be that one person in the dealership environment that knows everything and keeps the gears turning – they are often overworked, stressed out, and not supported by the "team" around them. (I have seen this in larger OEM dealerships too.)

They are the glue holding everything together, the one everyone turns to when things go wrong, yet their efforts often go unnoticed. Without them, deals slow down, processes break, and chaos creeps in.

The question is—how long can they keep going like this? Are we setting them up for burnout, or are we making sure they have the support, tools, and systems to lighten the load?
