1. Tomato Ketchup

Ingredients:
• 6 ripe tomatoes (chopped)
• 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions:
1. Add tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a pot.
2. Cook on medium heat until soft.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Add sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and spices.
5. Simmer 20–25 minutes until thick.
6. Cool and store in a bottle.



2. Garlic Mayo Sauce

Ingredients:
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp honey (optional)
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
4. Use with fries, burgers, or sandwiches.



3. BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
2. Stir well over medium heat.
3. Simmer 10–15 minutes until thick.
4. Cool before use.
5. Great for chicken, beef, or grilling.



4. Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh basil leaves
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1. Add basil, nuts, garlic, and cheese to blender.
2. Blend while slowly adding olive oil.
3. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Use with pasta, bread, or pizza.



5. Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup sweet chili peppers (chopped)
• 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp water
• 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:
1. Add peppers, vinegar, sugar, garlic, fish sauce, and salt to pan.
2. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Mix cornstarch with water.
4. Add to sauce and stir until thick.
5. Cool before serving.



6. Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan.
2. Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
3. Slowly add milk and whisk until smooth.
4. Add cheeses and spices.
5. Stir until melted and creamy.
6. Serve hot.
