I don't count my calories because I don't need to.
I don't recommend copying my diet. You can certainly take inspiration from it if you struggle with gaining weight.
How can I eat so much and stay lean?
I'm very tall. I have a fast metabolism. I can eat quite a lot without gaining weight.
