Transfire is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing Clerk to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. If you are organised, accurate, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

📝 Key Responsibilities:

Capturing and generating customer invoices accurately

Processing job cards and matching supporting documentation

Ensuring correct pricing and quantities before invoicing

Following up on outstanding documentation

Assisting with debtor queries and reconciliations

Maintaining accurate filing and record-keeping systems

General administrative support to the accounts department

✅ Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric (Accounting advantageous)

Previous invoicing or accounts experience (minimum 2 years preferred)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Experience with accounting software (Sage advantageous)

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
