The goal with this kind of workshop is to allow the teens to experience therapy tools through real-life interactions. It allows active use of emotion regulation and coping skills. Therapeutic conversations will take place while the teen is doing an activity such as; grooming, leading and interacting.

Some modalities such as; Educational Kinesiology and various therapeutic tools will be included in the programme.
