DEPARTMENT IT

This role is responsible for delivery of a variety of IT services to support business objectives and

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

The individual will be part of Solution Delivery but will be placed in a Business Process space.
• The incumbent will be responsible for the management of business processes from inception.
• He/she will have oversight of the creation of user experience and process workflows.
• Collaborates with all stakeholders creating solutions that are synergistic to the platform.
• Engages users on process design, usability, ease of use, and works closely with Change
• Management and Process Standards to incorporate best practices and design into the process platform.
• The incumbent must be able to leverage process analytics in conjunction with qualitative data for continual process improvements.

The incumbent will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.

Chief Operations & Financial Officer of Microtronix

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

Grade 12, plus Relevant B. Degree qualification.

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

7 yrs of IT working experience in Business Process Modeling, Correspondence and workflow environment.
• The candidate must have a good understanding of Workflow Management tools.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One preferable
• Experienced in Project Management as well as managing risks, issues and optimizing constraints.
• Confidence - Takes ownership of challenging situations that require engagement with stakeholders.
Engages stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
• Keep abreast of best practice within the IT sector.
• Proven track record of excellence, deliver of projects / results, project management etc.
