What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:
• Taking minutes/ dictations/ notes during meetings;
• Follow up on action items and ensure they are followed through;
• Prepare powerpoint presentations;
• Prepare required documents and agendas in preparation for meetings;
• General secretarial duties - Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing and maintaining filing system;
• Management of office supplies inventory such as groceries, stationery and water.
• Support in attending to personal requirements of CEO
• Personal Expense management
• E.g. Vehicle licencing, organising household maintenance, purchasing groceries, municipal accounts etc
• Assist Senior Executives with general secretarial duties- copying, scanning, faxing emailing and maintaining filing system, or any other adhoc duties;
